Sport Central works with numerous referring agencies and relies on them to qualify and refer kids and families for equipment support.
How It Works
REFERRING AGENCY REQUIREMENTS
- For a family to be referred to Sport Central, total household income must be equal to or below the Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO).
- Once your referring agency application is approved, you will receive a blank referral form to be used by your organization.
Registration Rules
CERTAIN SPORTS REQUIRE REGISTRATION
- Baseball / Softball
- Figure Skating
- Hockey (Ball, Ice, Inline)
- Lacrosse
- Ringette
- Soccer (Indoor, Outdoor)
If a child is not yet registered, find your local KidSport chapter first, then submit the referral once registration is in place.
