For more than 34 years, Sport Central has helped kids access sports by providing equipment at no cost to families facing financial hardship.
Today, demand is growing faster than ever.
We’re launching a campaign to secure a permanent home that will allow us to serve more kids, more efficiently, for generations to come.
The Problem
TOO MANY KIDS ARE MISSING OUT.
When families can’t afford equipment, children lose more than the opportunity to play sports.
They miss out on confidence.
They miss out on friendships.
They miss out on belonging.
Sport Central exists to make sure every kid gets the chance to play.
Last year alone, we helped more than 12,700 kids across Alberta.
